Position Summary
The Supply Chain & Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Leader - Semiconductor is responsible for driving end-to-end global supply chain performance for Qnity's Semiconductor business while advancing enterprise-wide planning excellence. This executive leader partners across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Product Development, IT, and Supply Chain Excellence to deliver revenue growth, improve customer service, optimize inventory and working capital, strengthen supply continuity, and elevate Qnity's Integrated Business Planning maturity.
This role will lead a high-performing global organization, drive adoption of advanced planning capabilities, and establish world-class planning processes that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid position with in-office requirements in our Wilmington Delaware OR Marlborough Massachusetts offices. Applicants currently living within a commutable distance to those locations will be given priority.

What You'll Do
Lead the global Semiconductor supply chain organization, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
Partner across Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Product Development to align plans, priorities, and business objectives.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption and optimization of OMP and advanced planning technologies.
Lead Qnity's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategy and governance across demand, supply, inventory, reconciliation, and executive business review processes.
Advance forecast accuracy, scenario planning, decision-making quality, and planning discipline across the enterprise.
Establish performance metrics, operating rhythms, and governance processes that improve execution, accountability, and business outcomes.
Develop risk mitigation strategies that strengthen supply continuity and resilience in a dynamic global environment.
Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on supply chain strategy, planning performance, business risk, and operational readiness.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
Proven success leading complex global supply chain organizations and enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution.
Strong financial and business acumen with demonstrated success balancing revenue growth, service, inventory, cost, risk, and working capital objectives.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving results across highly matrixed global organizations.
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and talent development capabilities.
Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning platforms, and supply chain analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other advanced business or technical degree.
APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience advancing IBP, S&OP, or S&OE maturity in a global multi-business environment.
SAP and OMP planning system experience.
