Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.

About the Role: Reporting to the Senior Director- Supply Chain Strategy & Capabilities, the ideal candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively across the organization, driving strategic initiatives in supply chain competencies devoted to business analytics and reporting, labor management, lean methodologies & continuous improvement with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality across the network. Must be able to demonstrate strong capabilities to evaluate and lead supply chain process flows, systems, and designs solutions for new and existing distribution centers. Demonstrate strong project management skills for large scale cross functional projects. Have a comprehensive understanding of existing and emerging technologies and automation in the industry. Must also take pride in their thoroughness, analytical ability, organizational skills, and team mentality. The candidate will be able to think at a systems level about ambiguous problems, produce business justification models and use strong logic to develop models that drive optimal program design decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Understand systems reporting & analytics capabilities across multiple systems WMS, TMS, WCS, ERP, delivering metrics and reporting that will enhance the networks visibility to service and cost dependencies.
  • Lead & collaborate on end-to-end continuous improvement projects. Utilize detailed time studies, and value stream mapping which drive results that are scalable across the network driving cost, safety & quality.
  • Manage all maintenance and metrics driving full integration, credibility, and utilization of LMS system across each supply chain location.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to finalize the best solution.
  • Maintain all updates during the design process and as change orders are approved/assessed.
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams on building infrastructure design and warehouse office design/layout.
  • Continuously challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve capacity, productivity, and throughput or to reduce expense.
  • Develop models to capture actionable opportunities to reduce friction/inefficiency and improve performance on cost and quality.
  • Drive data-driven communication across teams such as Planning, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Purchasing to develop network optimization strategies.

About the Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annual

About You:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in projects related to facility layout/equipment design
  • Brownfield &/or Greenfield large scale project management desired.
  • High Jump WMS, LMS and TMS experience a plus.
  • Understanding of AutoCAD layouts and designs of material handling equipment and process flows.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, to drive report development.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative, creative, organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism.
  • Collaborative and focused.
