About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator will report directly into the Supply Chain Planning Manager and will be responsible for end-to-end import activities and coordinating production planning for the Hams Hall facility to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.

Your Background
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or production planning
- Practical experience with production and transport planning in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement and S&OP or demand forecasting processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations
Main Responsibilities
- Manage import purchase orders; monitor supplier lead times and shipment readiness
- Communicate with international suppliers on order confirmations, delays and changes
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to track inbound deliveries; maintain shipment records and update internal systems with ETA changes
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound transport for raw materials and finished goods; coordinate daily transport activities with carriers, warehouses and production teams
- Monitor carrier performance, resolve delivery issues and escalate service failures as required to ensure on‑time pickups and deliveries
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels and capacity; adjust plans for demand or supply changes
- Ensure raw material availability, identify risks and shortages early and collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to resolve conflicts
- Track production progress and keep planning and ERP systems updated
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock; prepare reports on inbound shipments, transport KPIs and production performance
- Act as key point of contact across suppliers, logistics partners, warehouse and production teams; identify risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
