In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Be responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control, using the Japanese ordering system (Rakuraku).

Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.

Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics.

Exert up to 4.5 kg of force occasionally and/or up to a minimal amount frequently.

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Japanese language
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Ability to conduct data analysis in Excel that may include pivots table or statistical analysis of other related costs.

Prior experience in customer facing role.
