The Role

Stragen is an international pharmaceutical group specialized in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of specialty medicines. Reporting to the Group Controller, the Sales & Margin Forecasting Analyst (F/M) will take ownership of our forecasting processes across B2B customers and international affiliates. In this role, you will drive the accuracy, reliability, and strategic value of our sales and margin forecasts, while supporting business development initiatives and contributing to key financial planning cycles.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and enjoys transforming data into actionable insights.

The role is based in Lyon, France.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

o   Maintain a Customer-oriented spirit

o   Follow Affiliates' orders from production, reception to invoicing

o   Coordinate launch of new products

 Supply Planning to Order processing & monitoring

o   Place orders corresponding to manufacturing service (including samples request)

o   Ensure production and delivery schedule on time

o   Develop and implement tools to facilitate communication

o   Record goods receipt and consumption of linked raw materials, check consistency of data

o   Keep updated data in ERP (Sage X3): confirmed delivery date, orders split, API consumption, product BOM…

o   Maintenance of product data including cost of goods within the ERP system

o   Follow the contract manufacturer performance through KPIs

o   Follow up inventory and verification (monthly), such as, but not limited to reconciliation, consumption, Yield Mgt, provision,…

o   Monitor local inventory level at subsidiaries to properly set the replenishment scheduling


Inventory Management

o   In charge of the proper management of our API et Finished Goods inventory, (visibility, supply, , consumption, reconciliation, etc….) : review frequently the stocks levels of each raw material (APIs, excipient and/or packaging element) and replenish stocks when required and as per agreed terms and given constraints

o   Avoid any stock out putting production or Customer Service at risk

o   Manage replenishment of our Local warehouses (invenoty level, supply follow-up,…)


Procurement

o   Translate sales forecast into subcontractor’s forecasts and API supplier’s forecast

o   Place procurement orders, supervise the delivery schedule; check invoice and record it


Transport

o   Place transport orders at selected partner in respect of agreed Incoterm, and optimize costs

o   Define the appropriate process of import or export, with right documentation to ensure the compliance with customs regulations.

o   Follow transport until delivery; ensure reception of requested documents (transport and Customs documents, etc.)

o   Check invoice versus tariff; Record transport invoice and link it to the Customer order

o   Follow forwarder agent’s performance through KPIs, and open deviation or complaints if needed.


Quality

o  Review in due times SOP’s and WI’s

o   Maintain documentation control throught periodic reading and acknowledgment

o   Document, when needed, Deviations, CAPAs, CCs, in QMS

o   Participate actively to periodic meetings maintaining SC related QA metrics


Key User ERP – a plus

o   Participate in continuous improvement of ERP supported Supply Chain processes

o   Participate to implementation of new flows, and run relevant testings

o   Maintain Master Data within the ERP system


Other

o   Participate actively in cut-off processes

o   Support the Supply Chain team in case of any issue

o   Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head of Supply Chain


Requirements

Profile & Skills

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an international Supply Chain or order management role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong command of Excel and ERP systems (Sage X3 is a plus).
  • Customer‑oriented mindset, analytical thinking, organizational strength, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent English skills..
