Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Reporting Manager to join our BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington.
This role will own the product and delivery for dashboards, KPI visualization, and business intelligence solutions that serve the entire supply chain organization. With sound business acumen and a foundational understanding of supply chain, the senior manager will partner across Supply Chain and Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) to drive data-driven decision making, automation of manual processes, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that improve supply chain performance.
Our team is currently hiring a Level M - Supply Chain Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Reporting Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team accountable for supply chain dashboards, KPI visualization, reporting platforms, and core analytics capabilities across BCA Supply Chain
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Supply Chain automation, artificial intelligence, master data, and reporting to improve visibility, predictability, and responsiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain leadership, IDT&S, and other stakeholders to identify priorities, align on metrics, and implement solutions.
  • Oversee design, development, deployment and lifecycle management of visualizations, KPIs, data models, and reporting pipelines.
  • Drive adoption of automation and AI solutions to reduce manual effort, accelerate decision cycles, and improve operational KPIs
  • Establish governance for metrics, definitions, data quality, and access controls to ensure trust in reporting and analytics outputs.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience in internal or external supply chain
  • 5+ years of experience developing and designing metrics and analytics
  • 5+ years of experience facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL coding, experience using SAP BI tools and creating data visualizations (Tableau, Spotfire)
  • 5+ years of experience with data literacy including driving organizational change and interpreting metrics while providing insights and recommendations based on data governance KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • Experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and integration of analytics with ERP data sources
  • Prior experience in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) or aerospace manufacturing
  • Proven track record in delivering measurable supply chain performance improvements through analytics and automation
  • Certifications such as ASCM (APICS) CSCP/CPIM, or relevant data/AI certifications
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern data stack tools
  • 3+ years' experience leading cross-functional business and technical strategy development

Summary pay range (Level M) $177,650 - $240,350
