About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership operator. This role will work closely with founders and own some of the most critical operating systems of the company: production, warehouse operations, logistics, and customer delight.
• Operate at a co-founder level mindset by scaling current systems 10x and designing better teams and systems for the company.
• Recruit, build and manage high-performing teams across production, logistics, warehousing, and customer delight. Current team is a 3 tier team of 35 members. You will be responsible for leading this entire team.
• Work closely with contract manufacturers, warehousing partners, courier partners to ensure production timelines and quality, delivery SLAs, and customer expectations are met. Correspondingly own key metrics across production quantity and TAT, delivery TATs, inventory accuracy, CSAT and NPS.
Requirements
• Manager or Senior Manager equivalent from MBB (BCG, Bain & McKinsey) consulting firm
• Deep desire to be a part of an early-stage company
• Ability to move between boardroom-level problem solving and on-ground operating details.
• High ownership mindset- comfortable taking ambiguous problems, bringing structure, and driving them to measurable outcomes.
Skills Required
- Manager or Senior Manager equivalent experience at BCG, Bain, or McKinsey
- Deep desire to work at an early-stage company
