Job Description:

The Supply Chain Analyst supports day‑to‑day supply chain operations, including SKU setup, purchase order management, shipment coordination, and documentation control. This role ensures accurate data within the ERP system, maintains visibility of inbound shipments, and assists with invoicing and operational reporting. The coordinator works closely with procurement, logistics, inventory, and finance teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely customer fulfillment. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, global environment.


Job Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Operations

  • Create, update, and maintain product SKUs within the ERP system ensuring accurate product setup and data integrity.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), including uploading SKUs and validating product details, quantities, and pricing.
  • Support the creation and processing of Sales Orders (SO) and Transfer Orders (TO) to facilitate inventory movements and customer fulfillment.
  • Perform PO reconciliation by validating system records against shipment documentation, invoices, and operational reports.

Procurement Execution

  • Execute daily purchasing activities including requesting quotes, placing purchase orders, confirming lead times, and tracking supplier deliveries.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies to avoid service disruption, shortages, or last-minute expediting.
  • Validate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and item specifications prior to PO release.

Invoicing & Documentation

  • Generate and process invoices associated with supply chain transactions.
  • Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
  • Maintain standardized documentation in accordance with company procedures and global operating guidelines.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain and update operational reports used for tracking shipments, inventory levels, purchase orders, and supply chain activities.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for operations and management teams.
  • Assist with system reconciliations, audits, and data validation processes to ensure data accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, inventory control, finance, and sales teams to support supply chain operations.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple regions.
  • Support global operations by maintaining accurate operational data and ensuring alignment across facilities.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience supporting supply chain, procurement, or operations functions in an ERP‑driven environment
  • Proven experience managing SKUs, purchase orders, sales/transfer orders, and reconciliations with strong attention to data accuracy
  • Ability to execute daily purchasing activities, validate pricing and documentation, and track supplier deliveries end‑to‑end
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience supporting cross‑functional and global teams across time zones
