About the Role:

As a Supply Chain Analyst, this role is critical to driving efficiency, scalability, and security across our supply chain operations. This role combines logistics coordination, procurement support, and data-driven analysis
to optimize processes across purchasing, inventory management, and transportation. The Supply Chain Analyst will partner with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to enhance visibility, control costs, mitigate risks, and ensure materials and products flow seamlessly across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics & Transportation

  • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize delays.
  • Manage daily transportation schedules and ensure all shipments meet delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and track shipments using GPS systems, creating and closing GPS journeys and reconciling data between ERP and GPS platforms. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers for timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
  • Oversee transportation documentation, including shipping labels, customs paperwork, delivery receipts, and VUCE permits.
  • Manage tax payments for Import/Export cargo and process ITBIS exemptions.
  • Evaluate and select transportation methods and routes to optimize delivery costs, timeframes, and safety.
  • Address logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Execute day-to-day purchasing: request quotes, place orders, and track deliveries.
  • Collaborate with current and new international suppliers to ensure supply continuity, cost savings, and service improvements.
  • Build strong, trust-based vendor relationships to support long-term business needs.
  • Partner with finance and warehouse teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Data, Systems & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports in Excel, ERP, and logistics platforms to monitor KPIs (delivery performance, cost, inventory levels).
  • Support inventory planning, budgeting, and forecasting with data-driven insights.
  • Identify manual procurement or reporting tasks and partner with ERP/IT teams to automate them.
  • Maintain accurate shipment, vendor, and procurement records across ERP and logistics databases.

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
  • Implement improvements in route optimization, freight consolidation, and inventory management.
  • Proactively analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable procurement strategies
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
