Education and Years of Experience:
Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar and minimum 3 years
SUMMARY:
The Forecast Analyst will ensure AP1 forecasts are entered and updated for “Other/Regional” Accounts that may otherwise not be fully reviewed by Sales/Sales Ops or SCM. By ensuring AP1 is entered for all accounts, we can ensure RTF Supply can be automatically allocated to these accounts and improve our overall business visibility (e.g. revenue projection & gap analysis) for a 90+ day period.
Based on workload analysis below, we anticipate the need for one head to support current B2C-IT Products with one additional head should we expand to support TV/AV/DI CE products.

• Develop AP1 Forecasts for a 12 week period for specific Accounts by Product Groups
– Forecasts based on Historical Sales & Seasonality
– Forecasts to reflect Marketing Promotions
– Forecasts to align with SCM Supply Guidance
– Forecasts confirmed by Sales Account Managers
– Forecasts to reflect Product Transition (Product Life Cycle, EOL Management, Placeholder Forecasts)

• Consensus Building
– Weekly Report/Meeting with Sales Account Managers to review Forecasts
– Consensus Meetings with Marketing and Supply Chain

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• Background in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Analysis, or similar
o Minimum 3 years work experience in relevant field
• Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
o High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Office Suite
• Excellent Communications Skills
o Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management across multiple departments.
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Must be available to consistently work Overtime and on Weekends
Summary:
The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
� Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
� Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
� Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
� Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Skills:
� Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
� Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.
� Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
� Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
� Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
