- Obtain immediate containment, root cause and corrective action(s) on defects discovered at incoming inspection / manufacturing floor.
- Work closely with Buyers and Vendors to close out defect cases
- Drive internal corrective action(s) with immediate disposition for defects deemed Axcelis responsibility.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout supply base to meet quality and corporate goals.
- Perform supplier assessments and audits as required by audit plans.
