The Supplier Quality Engineer (วิศวกรคุณภาพซัพพลายเออร์) is responsible for conducting in-process and pre-shipment inspections, verifying product quality, and reporting results to Sunco’s U.S. Quality Team.

This is a full-time, field-based contractor position located in Chon Buri, Thailand, requiring regular travel to supplier factories.

What you'll do

• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าในขั้นตอนการผลิต (In-process inspection) และก่อนการส่งออก (Pre-shipment inspection)
• จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ พร้อมภาพถ่ายและการจำแนกข้อบกพร่อง (defect categorization)
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสีตามมาตรฐาน RAL หรือ ΔE (Color Verification)
• ประสานงานกับโรงงานและรายงานผลการตรวจสอบต่อทีมคุณภาพของสหรัฐฯ
• เข้าร่วมวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา (Root Cause Analysis) และติดตามการแก้ไข (Corrective Action)
• บันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลการตรวจสอบอย่างเป็นระบบ

Qualifications

• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (QC/QA) หรือการผลิต
• เข้าใจหลักการ AQL และการจำแนกข้อบกพร่อง (Critical/Major/Minor)
• ใช้ Microsoft Excel และเครื่องมือรายงานเบื้องต้นได้ดี
• มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน (ฟัง-พูด-อ่าน-เขียน) เพื่อสื่อสารกับทีมต่างประเทศได้
• สามารถเดินทางไปยังโรงงานคู่ค้าในพื้นที่ชลบุรีและจังหวัดใกล้เคียงได้

Preferred Qualifications

• เคยทำงานกับสินค้าประเภท หลอดไฟ LED หรือ อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• มีความรู้เรื่องมาตรฐานสี RAL / ΔE
• มีประสบการณ์ประสานงานกับลูกค้าหรือต่างประเทศโดยตรง

Work Conditions

• ตำแหน่งประจำภาคสนาม (Field-based) ในจังหวัด ชลบุรี
• เดินทางตรวจงานโรงงานบ่อยครั้ง
• มีการประสานงานกับทีมในประเทศสหรัฐฯ (อาจต้องติดต่อในเวลานอกทำการบางครั้ง)
• Full-time, Independent Contractor (จ้างงานในรูปแบบผู้รับจ้างอิสระ)

Compensation & Development Framework

• Monthly Contractor Rate: ฿59,000 THB (Based on experience)
