We are looking for Supplier Development Engineer for our Pune location
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Performance Analysis: Evaluates supplier performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancement strategies.
Process Improvement Initiatives: Develops and executes process optimization plans to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure compliance with company standards.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partners with procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to facilitate effective supplier development and integration.
Training and Support: Provides informal guidance and training to new team members and suppliers to enhance technical skills and understanding of company requirements.
Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves supplierrelated issues using technical expertise and judgment to maintain quality and timely delivery.
