As a Supervisory Management Business Analyst and Reporting Specialist in the Central Supervision E-comm Review team, you review electronic communications to detect potential client complaints and regulatory breaches. You help us maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance, and support a positive client experience. We work together to meet performance targets and drive continuous improvement. Your contributions strengthen our risk management and operational controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Review internal and external electronic communications daily to identify potential regulatory violations and client complaints
- Uphold strict client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements and established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets
- Analyze process flows and propose solutions for operational efficiency
- Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and implement additional controls
- Address miscellaneous requests and assist with research and investigation
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
