About the role
The Project Manager Supervisor is a member of the Global Commercial Services (GCS)’s Asia Area team and reports to the Content Delivery Manager. The Project Manager Supervisor is accountable for the content production services within the Asia Area market.
The Project Manager Supervisor
is responsible for working with Local Marketing Company Brand Leadership to deploy GCS Production and Creative Services within all the Business Units. The individual in this role must have the ability to effectively partner, influence and challenge key stakeholders in order to drive adoption of and performance of the GCS content production capabilities. The individual must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of existing “business as usual” (BAU) production as well as the expansion of additional services.
The Project Manager Supervisor requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, a solid understanding of process solutions and cultural awareness to develop and motivate their respective direct and indirect team members located among multiple partners and production centres around the world.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate directly with local markets brand leadership to drive full adoption of services and capabilities and ensure the delivery of agreed content types, volumes, and savings.
- Triage all new requests from the local market and assign them to the appropriate resource within the creative studio team
- Ensure that quality and timelines for content delivery are agreed upon and maintained with their markets, while maintaining an open dialogue on the feedback of services.
- Engage collaboratively with the Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, relevant Market Innovation and Business Excellence teams, and potentially Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion.
- Lead complex internal projects as project manager, serving as the link between the local requester and offshore team members/developers.
- Work with the market to ensure all necessary communications and change management activities are delivered for new content solutions.
- Drive efforts to prioritize work and establish delivery schedules that meet client needs and team capacity.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures, and operational frameworks, ensuring compliance with our Code of Conduct policies and procedures.
- Leverage reporting and utilization metrics to communicate overall adoption of service production and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
Reporting Relationships
The Project Manager Supervisor indirectly co-leads a team that includes (as required) onsite Designers, Digital Content Specialists, Medical Writers, Production Associate and an offshore team who are accountable for the project delivery related to GCS
production.
The Project Manager Supervisor will ensure any deployed resources, are a “right fit” both in terms of skill sets and cultural awareness as well as comply with all appropriate
Code of Conduct policies and procedures.
About you
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills
- Solid communication skills
- Proven track record working cross functionally with high level of commitment and follow through
- Program management experience including risk mitigation & planning associated with operational or technical delivery.
- Supplier Management Experience
- Financial performance accountability
- Leadership, coordination of resources and influence without authority.
- Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Oral and written fluency in Business English is MANDATORY
- Local and/or Global Brand Marketing Experience
- Experience within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry a plus
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree related to design / communication / marketing discipline, alternatively in the areas of computer science or information systems
- Digital Marketing Experience and Omnichannel campaigns
- Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working
- Basic Design skills (Photoshop, Figma and video editing) is nice to have but not compulsory

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design
- Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles
- Business-level English reading and writing proficiency
- Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office
