Job Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Supervisor ensures that all activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company service and cost objectives. This role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to enforce policies and procedures, and a commitment to providing training and support to team members.

Pay Rate: $25.00 /Hourly 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Lead and develop warehouse staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor workflow and productivity, making adjustments as necessary to meet service and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving.
  • Support Department Manager with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to train, develop, and support team members effectively
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and operational best practices
  • Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
