Armani Exchange, a globally renowned fashion brand, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor at our prestigious Stratford location. The Supervisor role:
- Increase the sales of their floor
- Take part in training programs to enhance product competency, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management, and provide feedback on their effectiveness to the manager
- Participate in the daily morning brief, sharing sales experiences and achievements
- Provide training to new hires, introducing them to Brand philosophy and collection
- Observe and apply Company policies and procedures
- Assists in the daily operations of the store
Requirements
- The ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills.
- Planning and organisational skills, allowing deadlines to be achieved.
- Sales were driven, and love being on the sales floor
- Enjoys building client relations and understands the importance of CRM management
- Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
