Objetivo del cargo
- Liderar y supervisar la ejecución de las actividades de producción en obra, coordinando recursos, personal y subcontratos para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, costos, calidad y estándares de seguridad, en alineación con los requerimientos del mandante y la normativa vigente.
- Planificar y coordinar las actividades diarias y semanales de producción de acuerdo con la programación del proyecto.
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de obras civiles, asegurando calidad, productividad y cumplimiento técnico.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) y de los procedimientos corporativos.
- Coordinar con el mandante, ITO, Oficina Técnica y áreas de apoyo para resolver interferencias y asegurar la continuidad operacional.
- Controlar rendimientos, avances físicos y uso eficiente de recursos, proponiendo acciones de mejora cuando sea necesario.
- Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de subcontratos y proveedores.
- Generar reportes de avance, productividad, calidad y seguridad, manteniendo la trazabilidad documental del proyecto.
- Técnico en Construcción, Ingeniero Constructor o carrera afín.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en supervisión de obras civiles y 3 años en proyectos de infraestructura compleja (Metro, túneles, shafts o similares).
- Manejo de MS Project o Primavera P6, Excel, AutoCAD y sistemas ERP.
- Conocimientos en planificación de obra, control de productividad, calidad y normativa de seguridad.
- Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.
- Certificaciones en Trabajo en Altura y Espacios Confinados (deseable).

Skills Required
- Technician in Construction, Civil Engineer, or related degree
- Minimum 5 years supervising civil works and 3 years on complex infrastructure projects (metro, tunnels, shafts)
- Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6, Excel, AutoCAD and ERP systems
- Knowledge of construction planning, productivity control, quality and safety regulations
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Certifications for Work at Height and Confined Spaces
