Job Responsibilities:

[任职资格]教育程度:大学本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上,机械制造或电子类专业。工作经验: 5年以上供应商管理相关专业经验,2年及以上团队管理工作经验。专业技能要求 汽车及机械制造专业知识,热处理基本知识,供应商管理,GCG标准,项目管理,内审员专业知识,统计技术、IATF16949,ISO14001,APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA,8D,SRMA,CQI-9, VDA6.3审核员资质,获得 ASQ CQE 证书优先等。能力要求诚信正直与责任心,团队建设能力,人际沟通与关系建立能力,谈判技巧,分析/解决问题能力,计算机应用软件,良好的外语读、写、交流能力。其他特殊要求*如有相关工作经验或者表现或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽[主要岗位职责]1制度及规划1)依据公司采购标准化体系的要求,拟定、实施与不断优化SQA流程。2)组织拟定SQA年度、月度工作计划并组织实施。2合同管理1)组织更新质量索赔操作表模板,组织实施与供应商签订年度质量提升承诺,对于签订过程中供应商提出的偏差进行确认并审批。3量产采购件问题响应1) 在供应商生产现场进行指导,审核CCAR表和8D报告,对红色黄色项给予技术支持。2)解决生产过程中出现的问题,并通报改进情况。3)组组质量问题供应商汇报会议。4)组织协调供方售后服务和质量改进工作,检查落实SQA实施情况,对红色黄色项给予技术支持。5)组织量产采购件SRMA的审批和跟踪。6)组织量产采购件不合格品的评审工作。7)MQS推进4供应商绩效管理1)确保采购零件PPM值、QR、Deviation、响应时间等达到OKR,对影响QR目标的运用Roadmap进行优先改进达到目标。2)组织完成供应商的月度/年度质量评价。3)审核供应商SPA1/SPA2。4)根据评价结果提供供应商整合建议,促进供应商的服务水平、产品质量及交付的不断提高。5. 供应商管理1)组织高风险供应商周度质量提升会议。2)组织确认和评定质量高风险供应商,负责量产质量高风险供应商的管理。3)严格参照《质量索赔操作表》执行索赔;审核索赔信息与供应商索赔申诉报告,配合执行采购件质量索赔。4)组织完成EP件质量管理专项审查与推进工作。5)组织完成EP件年度全尺寸检查。6)推进供应商推行MQS。6. 部门内部管理1)负责SQA部门费用的日常管理。2)组织SQA岗位、招聘、绩效管理等岗位绩效管理工作。3)负责SQA人员培训、团队建设、企业文化等建设工作。7遵守与执行体系要求1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求2)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing or Electronics
  • College English Test level 4 (CET-4) or above
  • 5+ years supplier management related experience
  • 2+ years team management/supervisory experience
  • Automotive and mechanical manufacturing knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of heat treatment processes
  • Supplier management experience and contract/claim handling
  • Familiarity with GCG standard and MQS implementation
  • Project management and internal audit knowledge
  • Proficiency in statistical techniques and quality tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
  • Experience with 8D problem solving, SRMA, CCAR and corrective action follow-up
  • CQI-9 knowledge and VDA6.3 auditor qualification
  • ASQ CQE certification
  • Computer application software skills (office tools, reporting tools)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, team building and problem-solving skills
