You should also have extensive knowledge of Google Campaign Manager and Familiarity with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), data-driven audience building, Prisma/MediaOcean, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) is highly preferred as well. You should be ready to dig deeper, ask questions, and be excited to get your hands a little dirty while also confidently leading team level execution, quality assurance, and innovation. We’d like you to know the details of our client performance data, know the reasons for dips and spikes, identify areas for improvement, and most importantly, implement enhancements to drive client business by consistently introducing new ideas, concepts, and programmatic opportunities. 3+ years of digital media experience — at least two years of it being programmatic focused with demonstrated experience managing people, projects, and large-scale programmatic budgets.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Oversee all programmatic investment across display, video, and other emerging channels through expert usage of demand side platforms (DSP) for campaign set up, optimization, and reporting
  • Management and oversight of team, including ability to work within the platform for overall QA and support across daily, weekly, and monthly cross-team deliverables
  • Collaborating with multiple groups both internally and externally on holistic digital media strategy, creative development, trafficking, verification, measurement and billing
  • Own campaign planning and activation, including comprehensive pre launch and mid flight QA (brand safety, bidding strategies, tags, pixels, pacing, and performance)
  • Evaluate and present new programmatic opportunities, products, and innovations to internal teams and clients
  • Serve as a primary point of contact on internal and external calls, contributing strategic context and leadership across projects

How You’ll Excel In Your Role

  • Have experience managing a team of at least 1 person, or comparable mentoring or developing of associates
  • Be well-versed in self-serve programmatic marketing with experience across multiple categories and channels
  • Regularly provide ROI-driving insights and recommendations based on agreed-upon KPIs across a full funnel KPI set (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM, VCR, Brand Lift, etc.)
  • Mentor other teammates leveraging their expertise while maintaining ownership of team level performance and accountability
  • Have outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail across QA and execution
  • Have effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across both individual work and team deliverables
  • Be a clear communicator and master collaborator; the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a get-it-done environment is critical and essential to team and project leadership
  • Excellent knowledge of programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP) and activating audiences within DSPs or via CDPs as well as CM360 and Prisma
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical skills (inclusive of proficiency in Microsoft Excel) with the ability to visualize and communicate data driven insights to multiple audiences
