Operations Supervisor - Shift: 11 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Supervisor, Operations to join our 3PL team in Shepherdsville, Kentucky! As a Supervisor, Operations you'll lead, coach, and develop a team of DC associates to meet our client KPI’s and achieve company goals. You'll problem-solve daily challenges, balance workflow, and implement and monitor the performance development of your team. You'll maintain and report departmental measures and ensure cGMP & safety compliance are being met. You'll monitor operations equipment and work tools and participate in continuous improvement activities while collaborating with cross -functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

Exercise effective employee and labor relations strategies to manage Employee concerns and performance related issues
Effective interpretation and facilitation of local collective agreement to foster relationship between management and the union
Coordinate and leverage internal/ external business partners and units to achieve McKesson’s vision of Customer First
Employ Lean Six Sigma methodology to optimize operational processes
Implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field, or equivalent experience, and typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including 1+ years experience in a leadership role (this can include Team Leader experience)
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement with fundamental understanding of change management
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to capitalize on people’s abilities – right people in right roles with the right responsibility
Can provide honest feedback and respectfully challenge others
Able to make difficult (sometimes unpopular) decisions when required
Demonstrated passion aligned with McKesson’s corporate vision, leading with the employee in mind
Demonstrated ability to adapt communication skills to effectively influence different audiences
Actively seeks opportunities to build and maintain relationships both in and out of business unit
Labor Relations experience an asset
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure
Experienced with utilizing Business Intelligence data to determine business decisions that deliver and exceed expected performance
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
