The Role
As a Supervisor, Video Investments, at MissionOne Media you will be responsible for working with media owners to create and activate partnerships across the video landscape helping agency clients achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

● Negotiate and place video buys that deliver on the goals of the media plan.

● Prepare and present client buy overviews.

● Assist with agency Upfront and Scatter negotiations.

● Stay up-to-date on Video marketplace trends, including innovation, and be able to provide the integrated agency team with recommendations for campaign planning.

● Train and manage Associate level team members ensuring campaigns are executed and monitored flawlessly.

● Partner with integrated media team to report on campaign performance not only against deal terms but also client-specific KPIs and objectives.

● Build and keep collaborative relationships with media partners.

● Remain in constant communication with agency team members and clients, as needed, to share status of campaigns, bring forward new opportunities, or raise awareness of any unexpected issues.

● Assist with development of industry POVs and thought leadership.

● Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues.

● Ensure strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives.

● Support the analysis of campaign performance data across linear and digital video platforms to identify key trends, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations that drive

improved client outcomes

● Collaborate with the integrated media planning team to develop holistic video investment strategies that leverage the strengths of linear and digital platforms to achieve client objectives.

● Contribute to the development of innovative video approaches, including addressable TV, CTV, programmatic video, and emerging formats, within the broader media plan.

● Support evaluation and recommending of new video vendors and technologies to enhance the agency's capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients.

● Maintain a strong understanding of financial implications related to video investments and proactively identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and value maximization.

● Serve as a subject matter expert on the video landscape, providing insights and training to internal teams on new platforms, technologies, and best practices.

● Proactively identify and champion new trends and opportunities within the video landscape, contributing to the agency's innovation agenda and thought leadership initiatives.

● Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

● 6+ years of experience buying Converged Television and Digital Video

● Proficiency in video landscape including legacy and emerging media owners

● Strong organizational and mathematical skills

● Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines

● Ability to establish good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

● Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management

● Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps as well as with current clients

● Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions




The annual gross base salary range is $73,000 - $103,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
