As a Supervisor, Image QC & Analysis, you will lead a team of imaging professionals responsible for image quality control and analysis activities while ensuring operational excellence, timely delivery of study milestones, and adherence to quality standards. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, people leadership, and process improvement capabilities to support the successful execution of imaging studies and help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and supervise Image QC & Analysis operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality imaging services across clinical trial programs.

  • Monitor quality, productivity, and operational performance metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Review image analysis turnaround times and workflow metrics to ensure service level commitments are achieved.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, coaching, and support to Image QC & Analysis team members.

  • Train, mentor, develop, and onboard new team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Assist staff with troubleshooting, issue resolution, workload management, and operational challenges.

  • Conduct quality reviews and second-level checks of image QC and analysis outputs, providing constructive feedback and development guidance.

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Image QC & Analysis to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve quality control guidelines, image analysis procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Support image data processing, tracking activities, and study data management workflows.

  • Monitor resource utilization and contribute to effort estimation and workforce planning activities.

  • Participate in departmental initiatives, operational projects, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Conduct candidate interviews, support hiring activities, and contribute to talent development initiatives within the department.

  • Represent the Image QC & Analysis function during project meetings and cross-functional discussions.

  • Communicate effectively with Clinical Project Managers, Imaging Research Associates, and other stakeholders regarding image quality, project deliverables, and data discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What We Look For

  • College degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Imaging, Radiologic Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of advanced operational experience within medical imaging, clinical research, image analysis, healthcare operations, or related disciplines.

  • Strong understanding of image quality control processes, workflows, and clinical trial imaging operations.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, training, or supervising team members.

  • Experience monitoring operational performance metrics, productivity measures, and quality indicators.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholder groups.

  • Proficiency with operational systems, tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, customer service, and operational excellence.

  • Experience within clinical research, imaging CRO services, healthcare technology, or regulated environments is highly desirable.
