We are looking for a Supervisor II, Production to join our team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets.

Summary

The Production Supervisor provides daily leadership to manufacturing teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role is responsible for driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People while supporting continuous improvement and team development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support manufacturing associates within assigned value streams or departments

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including QMS, FDA, and company procedures

  • Execute production plans and coordinate resources to meet schedule and customer requirements

  • Lead daily gemba walks and identify improvement opportunities using lean manufacturing principles

  • Communicate across shifts and departments to resolve issues and maintain consistent performance

  • Set clear expectations, communicate goals, and support employee development and engagement

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience leading teams and applying lean manufacturing concepts

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
