How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
You will lead and coach a team of client service representatives.
You will ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
You will monitor calls and address service gaps.
You will resolve complex client issues and escalations.
You will collaborate with compliance, legal, and IT teams.
You will manage call volumes and prioritize team tasks.
You will prepare and share performance reports.
You will support hiring and onboarding efforts.
You will lead team meetings and share policy updates.
You will identify and implement process improvements.
You will stay informed on industry trends and technologies.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
3–5 years in transfer agency or financial services.
1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
Familiarity with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) regulations.
Skilled in transfer agency systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
High ethical standards and confidentiality awareness.

Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Work Schedule & Location
Standard hours: 8:30am – 5pm local time
Work arrangement: Hybrid in St. Petersburg, FL
