Job Summary
Responsible for managing door-to-door contractor teams from multiple Business Partners with respect to goals, metrics, performance, and sales skills and techniques. Creates and implements processes and procedures and lends to a culture that increases product penetration in designated territories through sales to current, former and new individual customers. Partners with vendor owners to gather feedback from the field regarding products, services, and sales channel effectiveness. Collaborates with Business Partner to execute sales strategies within the region, establishing goals to identify areas for strategic and operational improvement. Consults with new and existing customers as necessary to understand customer reactions to Comcast products, services and sales channel effectiveness. Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.

Core Responsibilities
- Vendor Relationship Management: Manages ongoing relationships with Business Partners and develops and distributes promotional and communications materials. Serves as liaison to Business Partners with regards to any sales and customer care-related issues that may escalate to Comcast.
- Planning and Reporting: Conducts tactical planning, standardized reporting, and feedback on the effectiveness of existing sales plans. Supports and leads competitive field efforts through the implementation of acquisition and win-back tactics as directed.
- Sales Presentations: Creates and provides sales presentations to Business Partner management demonstrating thorough and recent competitive knowledge of features and benefits of products and pricing as well as competitive advantage over other service providers.
- Metrics Tracking and Goal Attainment: Tracks and analyzes representative activity and results metrics on a daily basis. Attains territorial sales goals and objectives as established by regional/divisional management.
- Territory Management: Strategically distributes and documents territory among team members. Maintains and prepares daily prospecting and sales funneling activity reports as required.
- Customer Problem Resolution: Assists Business Partners in solving customer problems (technical, product, billing, etc.). Resolves or serves as intermediary to resolve service issues. Develops partnerships with internal departments (e.g., customer service, technical operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Tools Management: Assists Business Partners in the onboarding process and management of onboarding tools (badging, tools access, etc.).
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
