Formación
  • Análisis y solución de problemas

Experiencia
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento de robots de soldadura (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman, etc)
  • Experiencia en análisis de fallas y solución de problemas de equipos automatizados.
  • Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura automotriz (deseable)
  • Conocimiento en mejora continua (kaizen, 5s, TPM)
  • Supervisión de personal técnico y coordinación de actividades

Skills Required

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience maintaining welding robots (Fanuc, ABB, Motoman)
  • Knowledge of MIG welding parameters, defects, and consumables
  • Basic robot programming and robotics troubleshooting
  • Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams
  • Experience with preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance
  • Industrial safety applied to welding processes
  • Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting automated equipment
  • Supervision of technical personnel and coordination of activities
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, TPM)
