- Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura automotriz (deseable)
- Conocimiento en mejora continua (kaizen, 5s, TPM)
- Supervisión de personal técnico y coordinación de actividades

Skills Required
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
