Supervisar y asegurar condiciones seguras y saludables en las áreas productivas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo para maximizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos de prensas.
Principales responsabilidades- Supervisar las actividades diarias del personal de mantenimiento.
- Dar seguimiento a fallas relevantes y realizar escalaciones cuando sea necesario.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes y rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo.
- Coordinar recursos y actividades para mantenimientos programados.
- Gestionar requisiciones y reservas de materiales en SAP.
- Liderar reuniones operativas y de seguimiento.
- Administrar indicadores de desempeño del área (MTTR, MTBF, tiempo muerto, cumplimiento de programas).
- Promover la mejora continua mediante iniciativas de ahorro y optimización de equipos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
- Desarrollar, capacitar y evaluar al personal a cargo.
- Administrar recursos humanos y materiales del departamento.
- Participar activamente en auditorías internas y externas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
