四、主要岗位职责
1.参加快反会议:
1)参加快反会议反馈&监督责任部门快速响应质量问题并得到解决;
2.装配线质量:
1
) 参加FTQ评审/会议;负责并组织相关装配线FTQ问题的处理;
2
) 负责并组织客户端及装配线质量问题围堵和ICA/PCA有效并持续实施;
3
) 与SQM,进货检验一同协调影响装配的外购件质量问题的处理;
4
) 参与提高下线质量水平,支持NVH和换挡性能的下线评审;
5
) 通过培训和审核,确保装配区域SPC的正确实施 ;
3.过程审核/产品审核:
1
) 审核装配区域,作为LPA审核系统的一部分;
2
) 审核产品/过程审核的月度计划和年度计划,监督工厂装配区域的日常过程审核,参与年度过程审核;
3
) 跟进不同层面的过程审核中问题点的纠正措施的有效实施 ;
4.新项目:
1)
参与新项目装配的PFMEA和控制计划的评审;
2)
参与LRR评审/会议 ;
3)
按新项目要求组织过程审核及全尺寸检测,并提供审核报告和新产品检测报告和Ppk;参与新产线/新设备的验收;
5.变更管理
1
) 参加CCB会议,负责质量评估,确保产品/顾客方面的变更得到有效的执行;
2
) 参与过程和设计变更的FMEA评审;
3
) 协调内部准备PPAP并提交客户签批;
4
) 必要时,协调SREA/Alert/其他类型的顾客的变更的提交策划;
6. 与顾客沟通
1
) 质量评审时,与顾客共同展示质量状态;
2
) 协调顾客来访/审核时的内部事务;
3
) 必要时,走访最终顾客,与最终顾客联系,了解顾客的问题;
4
) 必要时,去经销商处与经销商沟通,已解决质量问题;
7.团队协调:
1)监督装配质量工程师过程不合格品管理的及时性、准确性;
2)督促装配质量工程师按要求进行LPA检查 ;
3)监控装配线质量工程师的表现,确保按唯一的标准执行;
8. 体系管理
1)参与过程控制体系文件的编制;
2)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求;
3)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作;
9.领导交办的其他业务

Skills Required
- Lead FTQ reviews and organize resolution of assembly line quality issues
- Implement and ensure correct SPC implementation in assembly areas
- Perform LPA, process and product audits and follow up corrective actions
- Review PFMEA and control plans for new projects and participate in FMEA reviews
- Coordinate and prepare PPAP submissions and obtain customer approval
- Participate in change control (CCB) and evaluate quality impact of changes
- Organize containment (ICA/PCA) and ensure effective, sustained corrective actions
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, dealers, and end customers
- Supervise assembly quality engineers and monitor their performance and LPA adherence
- Prepare process control system documentation and ensure compliance with EHS and legal requirements
