Job Responsibilities:

对内:PE，制造工程，制造部，供应商技术支持，各生产车间；
对外:顾客（工程师和管理层），供应商，维修站，终端客户
四、主要岗位职责
1．参加快反会议:
1）参加快反会议反馈&监督责任部门快速响应质量问题并得到解决；
2．装配线质量:
1
） 参加FTQ评审/会议；负责并组织相关装配线FTQ问题的处理；
2
） 负责并组织客户端及装配线质量问题围堵和ICA/PCA有效并持续实施；
3
） 与SQM，进货检验一同协调影响装配的外购件质量问题的处理；
4
） 参与提高下线质量水平，支持NVH和换挡性能的下线评审；
5
） 通过培训和审核，确保装配区域SPC的正确实施 ；
3．过程审核/产品审核:
1
） 审核装配区域，作为LPA审核系统的一部分；
2
） 审核产品/过程审核的月度计划和年度计划，监督工厂装配区域的日常过程审核，参与年度过程审核；
3
） 跟进不同层面的过程审核中问题点的纠正措施的有效实施 ；
4．新项目:
1)
参与新项目装配的PFMEA和控制计划的评审；
2)
参与LRR评审/会议 ；
3)
按新项目要求组织过程审核及全尺寸检测，并提供审核报告和新产品检测报告和Ppk；参与新产线/新设备的验收；
5．变更管理
1
） 参加CCB会议，负责质量评估，确保产品/顾客方面的变更得到有效的执行；
2
） 参与过程和设计变更的FMEA评审；
3
） 协调内部准备PPAP并提交客户签批；
4
） 必要时，协调SREA/Alert/其他类型的顾客的变更的提交策划；
6． 与顾客沟通
1
） 质量评审时，与顾客共同展示质量状态；
2
） 协调顾客来访/审核时的内部事务；
3
） 必要时，走访最终顾客，与最终顾客联系，了解顾客的问题；
4
） 必要时，去经销商处与经销商沟通，已解决质量问题；
7．团队协调:
1）监督装配质量工程师过程不合格品管理的及时性、准确性；
2）督促装配质量工程师按要求进行LPA检查 ；
3）监控装配线质量工程师的表现，确保按唯一的标准执行；
8. 体系管理
1）参与过程控制体系文件的编制；
2）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求；
3）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作；
9．领导交办的其他业务
