We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — billing, insurance, credentialing — so you can focus on care.

What you'll bring
Currently licensed as a Supervisee in Social Work and pursuing LCSW licensure in Virginia
A Master’s degree in Social Work, with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools
A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet, for confidential virtual sessions
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and additional languages are a plus

Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
Skills Required
