We know that the leap between school and independence behind the chair is often a tricky one, and we want to set up as many people as possible for success as we can. One of the biggest indicators of success is available mentorship, especially in those early months. This supervised practical program provides three months of supervised experience and additional classes to put to practice the opportunity. Limited spots available.

What to expect:
- Supervised appointments
- Invitation to ongoing pertinent classes
- Monthly scheduled checkins with supervisor which review:
- self and supervisor evaluation forms assessing effectiveness of consultation, timing of service, and results.
- track # of services performed
- client feedback review
- final report card and coaching session
Experience & Expertise required:
- Completed basic hair training for 520hrs
- Be a willing learner, prepared to attend continued in house education
- Able to execute basic color theory & cuts

It operates as a hair salon and aesthetics studio, offering beauty treatments, midwifery, and counselling services. Additionally, it is a certified Private Training Institute, providing professional education through programs like the Basic Hair Design Program to help aspiring stylists successfully enter the professional hair industry.
