Plans and coordinates operations to meet production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Prepares production, personnel, and financial reports to achieve production goals. Establishes operating policies and procedures to achieve production schedules, product standards, and operational costs. Responsible for coordination of multiple manufacturing functions within a facility.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar degree.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate operations to meet production schedule, product requirements and operating costs. Lead human resources, manage material, equipment and machinery in the production area to achieve the goals of the company.
Coordinate the activities of the personnel in charge for the fulfillment of goals: daily production, DGR's, 5 S's program, production program management, on-time deliveries, scrap management, FPY, absenteeism and rotation.
Develop strategies to maintain the expected performance in their areas, promote continuous improvement, as well as establish communication and effective interaction with various departments in order to obtain their support in a timely manner.
Organize and direct their work teams to solve problems such as customer complaints, corrective actions, bottlenecks, among others, using formal methodologies (e.g. A3 Methodology).
Have a clear understanding of what the safety conditions of their areas should be, related to tools, equipment, environment, work processes and ensure that these are given as required, in order to ensure the physical integrity of the personnel in their charge.
Participate and support in the projects and / or initiatives of continuous improvement of the company as well as in new strategies for the business.
