As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding amenities, including the exercise room, showers, and dressing areas.
- You will also have the opportunity to interact with our valued residents, addressing any concerns they may have with your friendly and professional demeanor.
- Lifting and moving outdoor furniture and performing basic grounds maintenance.
- You'll also have the opportunity to develop new skills, such as performing pool reading checks.
Schedule: Must be able to work the whole season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
Weekly Schedule:
- Sunday: 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 1:30 - 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Qualifications
- The right candidate should have some pool and general maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to take direction from a Community Manager.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate a 5-day work week and be available on weekends.
- Multi-tasking and adaptation are key elements to success!
Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary:
- Pay rate is $15.00/hour.
