Education Required:
Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Data Sciences, or a related field.
General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship):
The R&D Quality Operations and Excellence Team is looking for a Data Insights intern to:
- Manage, create, clean, and transform critical data from across clinical trials, patient safety, and the R&D pipeline to produce meaningful insights that drive Quality by Design and Risk Based Quality Management.
- Develop and implement systems for efficient data use and management, emphasizing user-friendly design.
- Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making within the organization.
- Provide technical support for product proof of concepts.
- Provide administration support to assist in team efficiency.
- Learn and apply Quality by Design and Risk-Based Quality Management principles.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Proficient in creating dashboards to visualize data effectively.
- Develop and recommend metric threshold criteria to ensure optional performance and quality standards.
- Enhance metrics regarding Quality Event Records, CAPAs, and Effectiveness Checks.
- Strong communication skill to articulate the rationale behind metric creation and design.
Computer Skills:
- MSOffice
- Any combination of PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate

Bachelors: $27/hour USD
Masters: $30/hour USD
