As a Summer Intern – Personnel Planning & Logistics, you will be responsible for:
Personnel Planning:

Receive and review requisitions and need for field personnel.

Update personnel activity plan.
-
Update rotation plan.
-
Identify competent rig personnel.
-
Adjustment of plans.
-
Control of work hours (legislation).
-
Control of personnel certification.
-
Apply for trainee trips.
-
Prepare weekly departure schedules.
-
Update OCS system with data such as vacation, onshore work.
-
Update OCS according to contract.
-
Monitor utilization of field personnel.
-
Cooperate with product line and offshore manager.
Personnel Logistics:
-
Evaluate for safety training and rig specific certificates.
-
Record rig specific course evidence.
-
Evaluate and enroll on rig specific training.
-
Update OCS to and from Rig and rig specific certificates.
-
Update schedules for travel to / from rig and training.
-
Order helicopter transportation and inform involved BH personnel and clients as relevant.
-
Order airtickets and make hotel reservations.
-
Update personnel planner with call outs, changes and cancellations of personnel from clients.

Experience of working within a Personnel Planning & Logistics Role.

Excellent computer skills.

Excellent command of English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
