✨ What You'll Do:
Create compelling content across our social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and more) in both French and English
Develop and execute our content calendar to keep our community engaged
Build genuine relationships with our growing online community; responding to comments, sparking conversations, and making people feel heard
Translate the voice of our customers and online community across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Facebook into actionable insights for our team
Bridge the gap between community feedback and product development – helping us deliver exactly what our users need.
Spot potential business opportunities through social engagement and work with our sales team.
Help shape our brand voice as we expand across African markets.
✨ What We're Looking For:
Experience managing social media (bonus points for B2B, SaaS, or tech experience).
Fluent in English and French (you can switch between both naturally).
You're a natural communicator who loves connecting with people online.
Comfortable with design tools like Canva and Figma.
Startup experience is a plus, but enthusiasm matters more than everything else!
