The OpportunityWe're looking for high-agency graduate interns who want to help us solve meaningful problems at the intersection of live events, technology, and culture. We’re less interested in polished resumes and more interested in sharp thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguity into momentum. If you’re the type who can form a point of view quickly, test it in the real world, and iterate toward impact, we want to meet you.

Graduate interns typically take on more ownership and ambiguous problem spaces, such as:
- Diagnosing a business problem, framing options, and recommending a path forward
- Building GTM narratives and execution plans for new features or verticals
- Designing growth experiments and analyzing results (funnels, cohorts, attribution)
- Building operating rhythms, dashboards, or lightweight systems that scale a team
- Leveraging AI tooling to automate workflows, create leverage, or increase quality
- An MBA, Master’s, or graduate student (or recent grad) looking for operating experience
- Strong at structuring problems and communicating clearly to stakeholders
- Comfortable moving fast, collaborating cross-functionally, and shipping practical work
- Fluent in AI tools and modern experimentation workflows
- Based in LA (or able to be on-site some of the time)
- Full-time summer internship (11-12 weeks), with potential to extend
- Location: HQ in Santa Monica preferred; hybrid/remote possible depending on role + fit
