This is not your typical internship—you won’t be fetching coffee. Instead, you’ll gain hands-on experience with invoice processing, payment tracking and expense management, playing a key role in supporting both internal teams and external suppliers.
What You’ll Do:

Assist in the processing and organisation of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Track and follow up on payments, helping us maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Communicate with vendors to clarify billing issues or payment statuses
-
Support the creation and maintenance of Excel-based expense tracking tools and reports
-
Keep financial records organised and up to date
-
Contribute to ad hoc finance projects and general office administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring:

Undergraduate or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field

Detail-oriented and organised, with a strong sense of structure and accuracy
-
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and financial data
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
-
Able to communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
-
Proactive, reliable and capable of handling confidential information with care
-
Curious and eager to learn more about how a Finance team operates in a real business setting
