Summer Internship: AI Engineering Intern (Remote)

Note: To be considered for our 2025 Summer Internship program you must be enrolled in a university degree program and cannot be graduating sooner than December 2025. 

Education Required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship): The AI Engineering Intern will work closely with our AI engineering team to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within our organization.

Essential Functions of the Internship:

• Assist in designing and optimizing AI/ML models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Integrate AI models into production systems and support the implementation of AI-driven applications.
• Contribute to the testing, monitoring, and validation of AI models to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate on evaluating emerging AI technologies and assist in incorporating innovative tools and practices into our workflows.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation related to AI projects and infrastructure.
• Work with various teams to support data processing, cloud integration, and adherence to data governance and security standards.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python, familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Previous project experience, internships, or coursework related to AI/ML is desirable.

Pay Range:

$27.50/hr (bachelors)

$38.50/hr (masters)

Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
