General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship):
Support the FP&A area in administrative, financial, and operational routines, ensuring proper maintenance of controls, process follow-ups, and support in managing vendors, customers, and internal demands
Essential Functions of the Internship:
- Support monthly financial provision and tracking process
- Update and maintain control spreadsheets (AR) and consolidate AOP (Bridge/Mapping) data
- Update and upload information into systems
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and track vendor-related requests
- Follow up on due dates and support customer collections
- Monitor and follow up on pending customers documentation
- Request and follow up on deliveries with customers and logistics providers
- Support the fleet team in managing requests and follow-ups with suppliers
- Support data organization, internal communication, and process improvements
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Works under close supervision of commercial operations leadership and collaborates with in-country service providers.
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, lookups), Word and PowerPoint.
- Desirable ERP systems knowledge (SAP or equivalent preferred).
Other Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or financial routines
- Experience with customer or vendor interaction
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and organized profile
