Job Responsibilities:
- JBL Store – Soho, NY
- Support planning, budgeting, and on‑site execution for store events.
- Assist with development of promotional materials, grassroots initiatives, and traffic/sales-driving programs.
- Help create and manage social/digital assets for store platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, JBL Store Website.
- Collaborate closely with store team, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Partnerships
- Support JBL partnership activations by assisting with asset organization, creative development, promotional materials, and product seeding.
- Track talent product seeding and social content.
- Create, maintain, and organize presentation materials for monthly talent and sponsorship submissions.
- JBL Annual Customer Meeting (Nashville, TN)
- Provide support to the hospitality team, including creative development, registration website coordination, attendee gifting, onsite activations, and regional/divisional programming.
- General
- Assist on recap deck and written summaries for Americas monthly reporting.
- Support budget planning, tracking, and reconciliation across initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings & brainstorms.
- Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear summaries or presentations.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Sophomore year or later, or graduate/Ph. D program at an accredited institution taking at least one class in the semester prior to the internship program and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
- Degree must be in related area of work with courses in marketing or related fields.
- Experience with Marketing and event activation experience preferred
- Usable knowledge of Microsoft Office, new presentation formats, photo editing platforms preferred
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to confidently interact and present information to senior leaders
- Must work collaboratively with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must provide work availability from May 2025 - August 2025 and be able to work 40 hours per week
- Collaboration and Change Orientation is most critical to this role. Working with marketing team members on projects and adjusting to fast pace environment with constant changes.

- Previous entry level work experience strongly preferred
- Strongly prefer candidates who live within a commutable distance
