Responsibilities:
- Support PR gifting, including tracking, follow-ups, and campaign documentation
- Assist with community management and social research, helping surface insights and trends
- Support affiliate program tracking and reporting inputs
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and campaign documents across IMC initiatives
- Assist with event preparation and logistics
- Conduct trend and creator research to inform upcoming campaigns
- Support reporting inputs across ongoing integrated marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
- Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
- Strong interest in marketing, social media, culture, and beauty/wellness
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Google Workspace
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Business Rationale:
- As the IMC team continues to scale integrated marketing efforts across PR, social, events, partnerships, and affiliates, additional support is critical. The e.l.f.tern will help support executional workflows and day-to-day operations—enabling the team to move faster while maintaining consistency across key initiatives. This role will contribute to PR gifting and tracking, community management and social publishing, affiliate program tracking, event logistics, and reporting inputs across active IMC campaigns.
