Job Summary:

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll support our growing influencer marketing team by maintaining the "Masterlist" (our influencer database), assisting with outreach and PR efforts, and keeping tabs on key influencers and social media trends. This is a hands-on role that offers a mix of administrative support and creative contributions, with an opportunity to help shape our influencer strategy.


Responsibilities:

- Maintain the Masterlist: Record, update, and organize influencer data, including contact information, social media handles, and partnership details, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date.

- Inbox Management: Oversee the influencer email inbox, responding to inquiries from creators, managers, and partners in a timely and professional manner.

- Outreach Support: Draft and send emails to creators and managers, extending invitations to join our PR/Gifting list.

- PR/Seeding List Support: Assist in managing and updating the PR/seeding list, ensuring it reflects the latest influencer partnerships and campaign needs.

- Influencer Research: Identify relevant influencers (both established and emerging) across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, helping us connect with influencers who align with Naturium’s brand and values.

- Trendspotting: Stay informed about upcoming influencers, platform trends, and emerging social media channels to spot new opportunities.

- Performance Monitoring: Track influencer activity, identify high-performing influencers, and analyze successful partnerships and campaign assets.


Requirements:

- Currently a rising Junior/Senior enrolled in an undergraduate program.

-Must be available early June to late August.

-Must be able to commute to the LA office in a hybrid modality.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Must be LA-based.

- Passion for skincare, beauty, and the influencer industry.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities.

- Knowledge of key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and how to engage and build communities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
