Position Summary
e.l.f. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Graphic Design to support our Visual Merchandising and Design team in creating retail displays and in-store graphics that shoppers see in real life. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll help bring seasonal moments and promotional ideas to life while supporting fast-moving retail projects. You’ll gain exposure to real design workflows, tight timelines, and how creative turns into physical retail experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Visual Merchandising and Design team with the creation of retail displays and in-store graphics
  • Assist with design production tasks for seasonal resets and promotional projects
  • Organize creative files, assets, and documentation to keep projects running smoothly
  • Help move design projects forward under tight timelines and multiple deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to support execution from concept through in-store rollout

Requirements:

  • Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
  • Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 21st
  • Available for in-office work at least three days per week
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially for tracking and communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Interest in design, retail, and how creative shows up in real-world spaces
