Project Role Title: Summer Intern- Copilot Agents Development (Microsoft 365 Copilot)

Project Role Location: Hong Kong Office

About your role:

We are seeking a motivated and technically curious summer intern to join our Responsible Sourcing and Business Operations team as Copilot Agents Development Intern. In this role, you will focus on the design, configuration, testing, and documentation of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents that support real business workflows within Kontoor’s sourcing, compliance, and operations environment.

Unlike a research‑only role, this internship is delivery‑focused. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate real‑world sourcing and compliance needs into practical Copilot agents, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The role provides hands‑on exposure to applied AI, automation, and responsible use of generative AI in an enterprise environment.

Job Duties:

Copilot Agent Design & Development

· Assist in designing and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot agents to support sourcing, compliance, and operational workflows.

· Build agent logic to retrieve, summarize, validate, and act on information from approved Microsoft 365 data sources (e.g. SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).

· Support agent testing, refinement, and user feedback cycles to improve accuracy, usability, and reliability.

Business Use-Case Translation

· Work with internal stakeholders to understand existing workflows and pain points.

· Translate business requirements into clearly defined Copilot agent use cases and functional specifications.

· Help ensure agents are scoped appropriately, with clear guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.

Automation & Workflow Support

· Support simple workflow automation using Power Automate in conjunction with Copilot agents (e.g. notifications, task creation, document routing).

· Identify repetitive or manual steps within sourcing and compliance processes that are suitable for agent-based assistance.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

· Create clear documentation for each Copilot agent, including purpose, data sources, limitations, and user guidance.

· Develop simple user guides or walkthroughs to support pilot users.

· Document lessons learned, risks, and recommendations for future agent development.

Responsible AI & Governance Awareness

· Follow Kontoor’s AI usage policies and data governance requirements when developing and testing agents.

· Assist in identifying potential data sensitivity, access, or security considerations related to agent deployment.

· Ensure outputs are reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before any business use
