About the role

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and people focused HR Summer Intern to support our corporate HR and Recruiting team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands on HR and Recruiting experience.


As an HR intern, you will support projects that impact our HR operations, recruiting and employee engagement functions. You’ll work closely with HR and corporate leads to help strengthen HR capabilities across the Concept Plus enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling sessions and direct conversations with new hires.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as resume review, interview scheduling, candidate outreach and HRIS clean up.
  • Provide administrative HR tasks to include maintaining employee files and supporting audit preparation.
  • Assist with company events and engagement activities.
  • Assist with any other special projects

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration , Communications or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative spirit
  • US Citizen
