/ THE ROLE

This summer, dive into the world of corporate innovation and venture strategy. As a Summer Associate, you’ll work alongside our Venture Strategy team to help Fortune 500 executives and senior leaders determine how venture building, investing, partnering, and acquisitions can fuel long-term growth. You’ll get hands-on experience assessing venture opportunities, analyzing market trends, and refining strategic frameworks that drive real impact.

/ WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll gain exposure to a variety of high-impact projects, including:

• Strategy Development & Planning – Helping corporate partners refine their long-term growth strategies and integrate venture as a key pillar. 
• Venture Decision-Making – Applying strategic frameworks to improve how companies evaluate and act on venture opportunities.
• Venture Assessment – Researching and analyzing corporate ventures, market opportunities, and business models to validate strategic fit.
• Growth Readiness – Evaluating how prepared an organization is for scaling and innovation through venture building, investing, or partnerships.

/ WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Assist in developing and applying strategic frameworks that guide partner decision-making
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks
• Analyze ventures, emerging technologies, and business models for strategic fit
• Create reports, presentations, and strategy tools that help shape corporate venture initiatives
• Join team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy workshops

/ WHAT YOU BRING

• Currently pursuing an MBA or graduate degree (or an exceptional undergrad with relevant experience)
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, startups, or strategy consulting
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in an evolving environment and collaborate across teams
