The Developer Relations, Partnerships Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a Partnerships Intern, you will work alongside the Developer Relations and Top Accounts teams to build a thriving community on Roblox, fueling creator success by discovering emerging trends and pioneering new opportunities on the platform.
You Will:
- Foster and manage relationships within the creator community.
- Identify opportunities for developers to identify brand opportunities on the platform.
- Cultivate and facilitate a network of developers interested in brand partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Brand Partnerships team to facilitate brand integrations.
- Gather relevant analytics and data, communicating results and project outcomes to internal stakeholders and leaders.
You Have:
- Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in Game Design, Game Development, or related focus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable around the developer ecosystem and how to effectively engage with creators.
- Excited to build and foster relationships and networks.
- Passionate about Roblox and our developer communities

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to internship opportunities.
Hourly Pay Range
$35—$35 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
