The Role
As a Success Engineer, you’ll act as the technical backbone of our Customer Success organization. You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers, Support, Product, and Professional Services to deliver high-impact guidance and light technical services that help our customers get more value from the platform
Your work will span from answering strategic “How can we do …?” questions to executing lightweight technical engagements like configuration validation and small change management projects. You’ll also be a key voice between customers and our internal teams, ensuring customer needs are well-understood and translated into action

Key responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor to both internal teams and customers
- Excellent English
- Continuously learn about new technologies and use cases
- Ability to memorise product specification details and think outside of the box
- Understanding of software development processes
- Work experience in a technical consultant or a tester position
- Experience in using task management tools (eg. Jira, Asana, etc)
- Provide hands-on support for scoped technical tasks, including:
- Data exports and analysis
- Configuration reviews and validation
- New integration consultations
- Minor change management projects - Collaborate closely with:
- Customer Success Managers to uncover customer needs and deliver solutions
- Support to triage technical issues and ensure continuity
- Professional Services to align on best practices and delivery standards
- Product team to follow up on feature requests and surface customer insights
- Academy or Enablement teams to devlop customer facing resources
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Product Specialist
- Ability to break down technical topics for a non-technical audience
- Experience with platform configuration, APIs, integrations, and data analysis
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver value quickly
Nice to have
- Work experience at a SAAS company and/or in a customer service role
- Familiarity with e-commerce (Magento, Shopify) and marketing CRM/automation platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys)
- Deep knowledge in web technologies (RESTful web services, Javascript frameworks, APIs, SDKs) and databases (both SQL and noSQL)
- Experience in working in an international environment
