🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Subscription Churn Intern (Pasantía).

🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
 

Descripción del proyecto: Apoyar en el análisis de las causas del churn o fuga de clientes y proponer acciones proactivas para evitar que los clientes dejen de pagar o soliciten la baja. El proyecto se centrará en entender los motivos por los cuales los clientes desean desconectar sus servicios móviles y en apoyar al gerente en iniciativas destinadas a reducir estas intenciones de desconexión.

Responsabilidades Claves:

• Análisis de motivos de baja: Entender puntos de insatisfacción de clientes pospago móvil.

• Seguimiento a KPIs de proyecto en conjunto con analistas y gerente.

• Apoyo en reuniones periódicas con primera línea para entender los puntos de dolor del cliente y alternativas que los ejecutivos necesitan para mejorar su desempeño.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a gestión de clientes por parte de los distintos canales que se ven involucrados en la gestión de retención del cliente: tiendas y campañas telefónicas.

• Analizar y dar seguimiento a proyectos que estén orientados a reducir la erosión de nuestra base de clientes.

• Escuchar gestiones de clientes para entender causa raíz de descontento y sugerir accionables para mejorar los resultados comerciales.

Requisitos:

• 🤝 Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos.

• 🗣️ Habilidad de Comunicación.

• 📊 Habilidades analíticas.

• 💻 Manejo intermedio/Avanzado de Excel.

• 🗣️ Manejo de Inglés en nivel Intermedio.

• 🧑‍💻 Dominio de Oracle SQL Developer (deseable).
